AppleTv4K, only 3 1/2 years old, Audio is intermittent

AppleTv4K, only 3 1/2 years old, sound intermittent when streaming content through ALL apps including AppleTv and Appletv . If content is paused, sound will not come through when played again. Have reset, changed HDMI cable, checked Audio Settings.

Likely a networking issue. Please do the following:

Unplug your modem from its power source for 2-3 minutes and Restart Modem.
Unplug your router from its power source for 2-3 minutes and Restart router.
Unplug Apple TV from Power for 2-3 minutes – re-plug in and retest.
