Headphones volume adjusts itself all the time on macOS putting at risk my audition health

I have wireless headphones, and every time I connect them and start playing music, the volume is normal but then after one second, the volume drops. Therefore I have to manually increase the volume with the volume key.

You might say "there is no problem, just keep the same volume that works for you every time".

There is a huge problem with this: If I keep the volume that is comfortable to me, the next day when I connect my headphones (or even after a couple of hours if I was outside), they are extremely loud for a second, and that breaks my ears each time until it is self-adjusted.

Is there a way to avoid macOS changing my headphones volume arbitrarily? I am caring about my audition health.
