System Storage is taking up 30GB of data and I cant fix it, why?

My iPhone storage is now taking up 30 GB worth of system storage data. I cannot edit it, I cannot remove it, and I have no idea why but now I cannot use anything on my phone

You may --> Clear Other storage on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support (IN)
