Ipad mini 6 and apple pencil 2 big issues

Hi below are the problems i encounter while using ipad mini 6.

1) the battery will drain really really fast when i left my ipad mini 6 overnight (80% - 28% most of the time for 8 hours, i slept for 8 hours). Few weeks ago. When I left my device overnight, the battery will drain for only around approximately 3-5%.

2) next, i would like to issue a problem regarding apple pencil 2 as well here. Same goes to my device, i left my pencil attached to my device overnight, and, it goes from some percentages to 0% everytime. Not to mention, my apple pencil 2 will never charge to 100%. It will only show 98% everytime i attach it to the magnetic charging side of the mini 6.

- please note that i've already tried forgetting the apple pencil from my device and re-attach it to my device. Only then it will show 100% but when i reattach it again, it will repeat the 98% percentage stuff.

3) the worst thing to happen is you charge your device full but the pencil drains to 0%. Sometimes, after i charged my mini (my pencil is attached to it), when i use my device for my daily activities, i was shocked that my pencil doesnt work. And sadly when i check, i realize that my pencil's battery is 0%.

It is really unfortunate to have this kind of problem in a premium note taking device. At least for me, i really put high hopes in apple devices. However, my experience with it wasn't quite like what i was expecting. The lag issue and bugs?, i don't want to discuss it here. Those tiny lags and bugs i can bear with it. The problem is the battery percentage, i wouldn't want to wake up to class just to have nothing to use for note taking. Please solve this issue. Thanks
