Good Morning screen disappears after 5 minutes

I’m a big lover of the Sleep Schedule features on iPhone but lately have been having issues specifically with the “Good Morning” sleep screen feature. I am running iOS 15.3, but since the 15.1 update, the good morning screen stays for ONLY 5 minutes, and then disappears. Previously the good morning screen would stay there until the next time the device was unlocked. After turning off my alarm, it sometimes takes me a while before I touch my phone again, so most days now I don’t see the good morning screen at all. Would appreciate if anyone could tell me how to make this screen stay until I dismiss it, and/or report this bug so it gets fixed!

there is no problem with the (good morning) screen, you will only appear for five minutes

I sent Apple a feedback. You may say there’s no problem, but as a user I am frustrated that Apple changed this feature to dismiss after 5 minutes when I may not check my phone in the morning before that 5 minutes is up. It should not dismiss the Good Morning Weather screen until I hit the dismiss button! Ugh….. 🤦‍♀️

I already have that all set up. My issue is specifically that the Good Morning screen disappears by itself exactly 5 minutes after my set wake up time. It used to stay until whenever the device was unlocked next.

Thanks for your reply, there is no problem with the (good morning) screen, you will only appear for five minutes when you turn on the device or when it's time to wake up or less if you open the device.

I have the same issue with the Good Morning Weather screen dismissing itself after 5 minutes. The dismiss button is there, but what’s the point of having the dismiss button? The Good Morning Weather screen used to stay on my iPhone until I hit the dismiss button. Since iOS 15, this feature hasn’t worked. Apple please fix this!

The Good Morning Weather screen used to stay on until I physically hit the dismiss button on my iPhone. Ever since updating to iOS 15 the screen dismisses itself after 5 minutes which is annoying since there are times when I’m not able to check my iPhone within the 5 minutes of my wake up time. Please fix this so that the Good Morning Weather screen stays on until I dismiss it!!!!

Go to settings >focus >Do not disturb >and specify when you sleep and when you wake up

Yes as I said in my original post, I’m running iOS 15.3, but I’ve had this issue since the 15.1 update.

The screen didn’t used to disappear on its own after 5 minutes, this is what I’m saying. It should not be going away after 5 minutes. It is supposed to stay until you unlock the device.
