AirPods Pro max

I just got my Airpod pro max everything seems to be working fine, but the right ear of the Airpod keep on disconnecting when playing music, then automatically, the Airpod connection disconnect totally and connect back automatically. However, sometimes I need to remove the Airpod from the ear before both ears can start working again.
