Where do I mail my airpods in for service?
The box to ship my airpods back did not come with instructions. Where do I mail them back?

Contact Apple Support:
Ask an Apple Rep where this stands. They'd ship you the box, and you'd place it right in there. The box comes with instructions on packing it. The return shipping labels should be sitting right in there. If it is not, then contact Apple Support, requesting they mail you some.

- Proceed from there as Necessary
Why the Wait:
Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
