Trusted Devices list is not available - iphone 13

I am not able to access several apps (Audible and Amazon) from my iphone. They work fine on my ipad. I see in settings->Apple ID that where I should have a list of trusted devices there is a message "trusted devices lists is not available"

My phone and watch are listed as trusted devices on my ipad, and on https://appleid.apple.com/

The whole Apple ID page is non-functional on my phone, so I can't sign out, or get into password & security, etc.

Somewhat ironically, two-factor authentication requests are still being sent to the phone.

I've done 3 restarts in the hopes that it would solve the issue.

Salutations bprince_pgh,

We understand that some apps will not launch on your iPhone and you’re also unable to access some Settings as well.

For the apps, let’s begin with these steps - If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open

For the Settings app, are you prompted at all to sign in with your Apple ID at all? If you go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions and scroll down under ‘Allow Changes’, be sure Account Changes shows ‘Allow’ next to it. Is your Apple ID part of a Family Sharing group? Does your iPhone have any profiles installed on it? You can check that in Settings > General > Profiles or Profiles & Device Management.

Thanks.
