Suggestd process causes high CPU usage - macOS Monterey
`suggestd` problem is back in 12.1 Monterey. Anyone know how to get `suggestd` to stop using 100% of a cpu core?

Try updating to 12.2 which was released 1/26/2022

This is only a low-tech suggestion but have you tried restarting in safe mode followed by a normal restart?
Same issue with MacBook Air 2018 on 12.2.1.
