EtreCheckReport - 'Some processes are using an unusually high amount of CPU'

I recently ran an EtreCheck report on my new iMac. Copy attached.

I have since done another Time Machine backup so the first 'Major Issue' in the report is now resolved.

The other 'Major Issue' is that 'some processes are using an unusually high amount of CPU'.

Details of these are shown in the attached EtreCheck report.

Could someone please advise me on how to address this issue?

Thanks

John Lee

See the reply in this solved thread regarding photoanalysisd photoanalysisd taking large amounts of cpu - Apple Community

You should also consider uninstalling the Cleaner app and the Macafee software, both are useless at best and more likely detrimental to overall system performance.
