I AM VERY UPSET IF YOU CAN’T TELL BY THE ALL CAPS. I BEEN USING THIS IPHONE AS MY EVERYDAY DEVICE FOR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR NO CRACKS
NO SCRATCHES NO MARKS .NO VISIBLE DAMAGE WHAT SO EVER BUT HERE I AM WITH A HOME BUTTON THAT WAS LOCKING UP THEN AS OF RIGHT NOW HAS COMPLETELY JUST STOPPED I AM UNABLE TO PUSH IT DOWN AT ALL.
If it stopped working you can get it repaired, but if you want a free fix for your issue you can have a button on the screen as your home button. Just go to your settings app, then scroll down to touch, then click AssistiveTouch, then to just have it go home rather than the other options scroll to single tap on that page then click the option, then scroll down to home and click it, then go back to the previous page and go to the top and turn the switch for AssistiveTouch. Then you should have your screen home button.

You are not talking to Apple in these forums. Typing in all caps just makes many people ignore your question.
Take it to an Apple Store or authorized repair center to determine your options.
If it does not move when you press it, then either it is damaged or a foreign object is preventing it from moving.
