Dual SIM and Silence Unknown Callers

If I am using dual SIM cards, one eSim and one SIM, is it possible to apply "silence unknow callers" to the primary line but not the secondary line?

iPhone 11 Pro Max dual sim hide caller ID Is it possible to hide your caller ID for either SIM or eSIM when using dual SIM? I've found a couple of solutions online on how to hide your caller ID via Settings > Phone > Show my caller ID and switch if off but unfortunately for me the option is not showing. Not sure if it's because I'm using a SIM and eSIM but the option not showing prevents me of selecting a SIM to call anonymous. Who has an idea what to do?

Dual sim: only allow calls/messages to one line If I use dual sims, how do I ignore calls and text messages sent to 1 line and not the other? If I have a business line, and want to forward or ignore any calls and messages sent to the phone line?
