Need to get rid of Blue box around text when typing. Especially an email. I use an ipad Air.

How can I get RID of the blue box that has suddenly appeared when I am typing text?

It is VERY frustrating and limits my keyboard ability.

I tried googling issue. Said to turn off voice over, however, mine is already turned off.

Others said to hold certain multiple keys: like winkey and ins key. What are those keys?

Please help!
