I backed up a another iPhone to my iCloud account, I can see the backup listed on my iPhone but not on the Web iCloud when I login. I want to save it as a file for legal reasons. I notice under settings iCloud drive was off, do I need to turn that on and run the backup again to get the file.
You cannot view an iCloud Backup at icloud.com. You can only use the backup to do a full restore or to set up a new device.
