Not all settings show full menu contents. Example: click on file and not all the menu shows, no print button highlighted etc. Edit, view, history, bookmarks do not show the full strip of menu when I click on them.

How do I get full menu under "File" when I click on it in the browser bar?

The website may not have fully loaded, thus the context of using other menu options doesn't make sense.

Check to make sure the progress bar has finished, and the whole website has loaded.

Some websites may actually have blocks on them preventing you from using those features, or there may be a popup open in the Window menu of the web browser, that doesn't have those contexts. Try closing those popups first.
