I don’t think it’s “common”; yours is the only post I have ever seen about it. And where do you expect a response from Apple? I hope not in this user-to-user forum where Apple does not participate. You could wait an eternity if that’s the only option you’ve tried. What response did you get when you used the Get Support link at the top of this page to contact Apple support? Or made a Genius Bar appointment to demonstrate the problem to an Apple technician in a store?
