Return Policy for Repair/Replacement Items
Does anyone know where it's stated on the website that items that were purchased as a repair/replacement cannot be refunded and returned even if it's unopened and just received? Because no representative, not the one who processed the order or the one I called two days later when I no longer needed the item, mentioned there were no refunds until I tried to return it after just receiving it in the mail. I can't find this policy anywhere on the Support website. All I can find is that you can make returns if you send back in 10 days or less. Any insight will help.
