My Apple devices are comprised

My Apple devices are comprised. I have been dealing with this issue for 2-3 years. No one has an answer. I hope someone can assist me. I feel that my IP is hacked.

My internet provider has supplied me with 4 routers in 6 months. Nothing seems to change. When I wipe my devices, I have learned to check the weather app. It always comes up in New York.

I live elsewhere. I found this code associated with my account.

Also, Throughout my discovery process I learned that the name at the end of the coding is that of a Verizon employee.

He lives in New York. I was told by a local Verizon specialist that this person, with his knowledge base could hack my accounts for the rest of my life. This code is also on my IP information in a TMobile I phone.

If he has my devices settings and system information what can I check for, what can I do? 🥲

First, you should uninstall the VPN unless you are are using a secure tunnel to your workplace or other organization network. If it is a workplace VPN then contact your workplace IT Staff for correct settings.

If you are behind a router using NAT then your defices are on a private network that is not accessible/addressable from the Internet unless you open the ports and do port forwarding in your router. You would have to do that.

I see nothing in your post that would indicate you are "hacked".

I don’t use a vpn. I don’t have a business. I had an app on my Mac for the Nord vpn but I stopped the service. An Apple rep and I found another application running in my utility folder. we thought we removed everything. Could it still be in the system? They broke into my home and set it up. It has been beyond maddening figuring this out.

The user code always ends with the Verizon’s rep name, Middleton. I am telling you I googled him he works for Verizon. Is that code normal?

They put malware on my Nord login so I couldn’t use my security key. Every time I wiped my device, as I logged back into my vpn it forced me to put in one of my security codes. I believe at that time that they were able to login my devices as I did. It took 2 years of stalking until I found a tech rep who told me to check my vpn settings. There were 2 vpn’s running on my IPhone

mine was shut off, theirs was running.

I was being tracked and hacked for 2 years.

It’s been debilitating. This person is a professional. There has to be something I am missing.

Verizon have more than 130,000 employees. I'm pretty sure you could find an employee with any surname among their staff. Your clock settings are the standard ones designed to demonstrate the possibilities of World Clock. Their put there by Apple - that's why Cupertino is on the list. That you IP resolves to NY means nothing. That's probably where Verizon have a major hub for internet connectivity. That's an actual advantage - it improves - your security. So far, nothing you have shown demonstrates any sign of "hacking", just a lot of someone who's not really sure how things work.

Yes you could be right, however initially my home was broken into and my Apple ID was stolen from Apple TV. Believe me it’s been years of dramatic events.

I don’t know how to scan my system for much. Could they have set up IP parameters in a cache in my utilities?

Are you familiar with IP hacking? The IP addresses that come up, when I search my IP are connected with these people. I was told they had connections with Italian Mafia types.

If they have my device information isn’t it true that they can follow me (as if they were the FBI) unless I remove my SIM card?? What all can they see if they steal my SIM information? And when I reset my phone and change the SIM card the weather app clears the New York connection 😳. It only lasts so long! Do I need to keep my phone in my pocket?

They did break into my home more then once and they wired my car as well, so you can imagine my stress level.

I was told by a friend that they installed something in all of my devices and that unless I bought everything new that they could harass me forever.

No one will identify them. I did purchase a new phone and again this began. My current provider utilizes Verizon’s towers 💁. I was told to remove service from Verizon but then I found the same user code (Middleton) in my TMobile account.

The repition of the coding, is all that seems consistent.
