Adobe Acrobat keeps crashing on one profile but not on the other

I worked with Adobe's help desk for hours uninstalling and re-installing Adobe. When I log into my Mac under the admin profile, Adobe will crash and give an error message. I created a new user profile and Adobe works for that profile. Does anyone have suggestions on how to fix the issue on the admin profile?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.14
