Canceling subscription on old email address no longer used

i have gone to the setting and have gotten purchase history with current email address

but I want to cancel purchases I made with a previous old email that is no longer available.

I tried to delete my current email and replace with the old one but the reply was no longer available.

so how to I delete subscriptions I purchased and remove the credit card info used for those purchases?
