Word issue

I have a word document that I’m unable to open. The rejection says, “.docx is stored in an unsupported server location”.

When I look at the file’s location under properties, it’s not located where it says it is. I’m also unable to upload the file to the cloud or send a copy. When I try, I get the rejection, “can’t save file. Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later.”
