iPhone 12 Pro screen dimming

Has anyone had any luck getting their iPhone replaced under warranty for the screen constantly dimming?

ive had my phone for only about 6 months and it has developed this issue of the screen constantly dimming to almost unreadable and then eventually coming up bright.

i have turned off all the recommended things like auto brightness etc and have been in chats with apple care twice who don’t want to admit that this is a known Issue.

On my phone it happens several times a day and almost renders it unusable when dimmed. It’s like it’s on the lowest brightness setting but shows as full brightness.

I live too far away from an apple service centre.

ive literally had enough and just want rid of this phone. This shouldn’t happen to a near new phone that is not exactly cheap to buy.
