PC Optimum won't show up in my wallet

I have already once added the optimum to my wallet through the app, but suddenly it disappeared from there. I checked the wallet iphone settings and it wasn't listed as a card in my wallet anymore. So i went back to the app to try and add it again, but when i pressed the 'add to wallet' button, it says it's already been added to my wallet. Problem is, its not there????? what do i do now?
