Armenian keyboard design in iOS is awful
Letters are very small, I'm press on Őˇ, but pressing on Ő. Ö‡ I don't know why in capital letters list. Orders of letter also not good. I would like to suggest as Google keyboard.

Try looking for an alternative in the App Store. Check the Keyman app.
