Ghost Mode(Touch)

I've changed my iPhone XS Max battery (replaced with another XS Max iCloud phone's battery).

When I plug-in the charger sometimes my phone goes to ghost mode and touch start working abnormally. And sometimes it work normally while charging.

Is it a battery issue or it's charging issue?

To fond out, you probably would have to visit an 3rd service provider, since Apple may refuse to diagnose or repair an iPhone, that has been opened by the owner.
