Ghost Mode(Touch)

I've changed my iPhone XS Max battery (replaced with another XS Max iCloud phone's battery).

When I plug-in the charger sometimes my phone goes to ghost mode and touch start working abnormally. And sometimes it work normally while charging.

Is it a battery issue or it's charging issue?
