Sabrent 8TB with any MAC over USB

Hello,

has anyone managed to make a Sabrent 8TB NVME work on a Mac over USB with any enclosure, even their own? I found someone else having trouble earlier and i think those drives are just all faulty. They work only over thunderbolt with sabrent thunderbolt enclosure. Not over USB with any enclosure and not directly PCIE either, or only very unreliable, disappearing for a long time in the middel of the copying process etc...

So maybe someone knows a fix but i think people should be warned to buy anything OVER 4TB from sabrent, especially if they buy it without the sabrent tb enclosure, because it just wont work :(
