Can't remove audiobooks from iPhone Sync

Recently I upgraded my Mid 2015 MacBook Pro from Mojave to Monterey. All went well except that my audiobooks are now a total mess. About 95% of the audiobooks I had on iTunes were ripped from old CD's (I used Audiobook binder to create them). The issue is that during the upgrade from Mojave to Monterey all of these self-made audiobook got "lost" or forgotten in the process. They did not automatically transfer over to iBooks app on Mac as I expected and and some of them still showed partially on Music app even though it no longer supports audiobooks.

I did manually remove all of those audiobooks from the iTunes folder (including the original folders that had the author names), but still when I'm trying to update my iPhone via Finder, all of those old audiobooks titles show up there even though they should no longer exist on my Mac.

So my question is how can I clear the list of titles that show on audiobook sync Finder window?
