Is the WiFi hardware recognized in System Info ...(?) if not you have a hardware issue.

>(Option key) System Information>Network>WiFi

Run the user Diagnostic...not as definitive as Apple's own AST2 (Apple Service Toolkit) back bench diagnostic, but may kick out an error code.

It's not detecting the hardware

unfortunAtely when i try to install OS again, it asks me for internet (screenshot 1)

I made a backup of those files and restored.
now the problem goes back to where it was.
When i go to network setting from preferences, here is what i see

You have a hardware problem— this is not going to be solved by software.

Take it in...

Unfortunately someone misled you into deleting the plist or library files that were important components in making the wifi operate correctly. Sorry that someone has misinformed you of this. Unfortunately the only work around would be to reinstall the major components of the OS. Luckily this will keep all of your data and apps intact.

First we will need to shutdown your machine. Once it is completely off (wait a few seconds as the screen takes a little longer to turn off, it may look black but it may just be a black lit screen) Next hold the cmd+r simultaneously as you power back on the machine. Release the keys once you see the apple loading splash screen. This will boot you into Recovery Mode. Once in recovery mode select the option Install macOS Monterey. Don't worry this will not erase any of your data or apps. This is only to reinstall the core components of your OS that might have recently been altered due to messing around with the system configuration files. Unless authorized I would normally leave those files alone as they can cause havoc to your machine if altered incorrectly. Thats why the library is usually hidden from the average user. Now once you go through the install process you should be able to setup the wifi.

Best of Luck!

It's not detecting the hardware, while that could still be because the configuration files were deleted. You might as well try an SMC reset first. Which will reset your physical hardware. Shutdown the machine. Hold Ctrl+option+shift+power for 10 seconds to perform an SMC reset. Then reboot your machine. If that doesn't work then you'd have to reinstall the OS like I mentioned earlier.

OK. That 1005F that you got on your screen means you do not have an internet connection or a stable one. When in recovery you should if you WIFI card is working be able to have one. At most it would have asked you to enter it. You might be able to use internet recovery using a ethernet cable direct to your router or modem. if your wifi card is defective then it will need to be replace. Hence the call to an Apple store. The only other alternative would be to buy/get a usb WIFI dongle/adapter.
