Apple Pay refund

I purchased 3 goods of boohoo.com on 18/1/22, but made a refund also I got confirmation email on 27/1/22 said I will get a fully refund of 76.8 euro. But till today 4/2/22 that I still haven’t received it yet.

I contacted boohoo customer service that they said they processed the transaction and it should be in my bank account on 2/2/22 as the latest. I don’t know why that I still waiting.
