If neither do, I suggest that you contact Apple Support directly for further assistance with this matter. You can do so simply by selecting the "Get Support" link in the upper right-hand side of this forum's web page.

Are saying that you're trying to connect to WiFi and can't? Or are you saying you don't have access to a WiFi network? If the first, see lafeef's answer. If the second, it would help if you explain what you're trying to do.
