How can I share my iCloud space with someone else?

I have 2t storage iCloud account and my wife has different iCloud account. i can share some of my apple services( Apple plus) with her. But she is out of her iCloud space for pictures. how can i share my iCloud with my wife so she doesn’t have to pay for hers to get more storage.
