Is there a way to add more options to the control center?

I have group messages that I send for work where I do not want recipients to see each other's response. I also have group messages with friends where having everyone see all responses is the objective. It is an annoyance to go to settings and turn on and off the group messaging switch. My dream scenario is to have that switch available on the home page, or the control center at the very least. Is there another method/app to accomplish the above scenarios? Thanks
