How do I get into my Apple Watch without the Activation lock?

Give it back to whoever gave it to you or recycle it responsibly. It's totally useless to you. Apple won't help you. We can't help you.

Only the original owner can rewove the activation lock. Since the person that gave it to you doesn't have the info, then the watch is useless.
