Logitech BRIO not recognized and won't turn on with MacBook Pro
Hi! I have a Logitech BRIO camera. It stopped working with my MacBook Pro.
Logitech replaced the camera, so I have a new one but the problem continues. The camera is not recognized as being connected to the computer. Under my System Info, it doesn't show under the Hardware > Camera section.
Things I've tried:
- Updating my MacBook Pro
- Updated the Logitech software
- I switched the ports that I plug the Logitech BRIO into
- I deleted all Logitech software and reinstalled
I'm not sure what to do next and I'd appreciate any ideas. Thank you very much.
