Lost breathing app on latest update. Can anyone help

Need to know if the breathing app is still available that was standard on the I watch up until the latest update

It has been changed. It is now Mindfulness. It handles more than just breathing. If you have the latest watchOS, it should be on your Apple Watch. See this link, Use Apple Watch to practice mindfulness - Apple Support
