Breathing app
would like to change breathing focus to have breath intake of 4 seconds hold 4 seconds and exhale 4 to 8 seconds
The Apple-provided Breathe app does not currently have this functionality. Yet, you will find several apps on the Watch App Store that provide this functionality.
