Update my iPad

Each time I connect my iPad to my computer it says I have to install the latest version of iTunes before I can update. When I go to updates It says my computer already has the latest version of itunes. What do I do?

iPad Pro, iOS 9

That is your problem. Support for Windows 7 has ended and the latest version of iTunes requires Windows 10. You are way past the upgrade date for Windows 10, but it is going to be necessary for you to continue with the newer iPadOS and iTunes.

What version of operating system do you have on the computer? Is it Windows or Mac and which version of either do you have? And what version of iTunes do you currently have?
