We understand you're getting the message "Your system, has run out of application memory". We're happy to offer some guidance.


To start, you'll want to take a look at what is consuming all of the memory in Activity Monitor. Here's the guide to use that: Activity Monitor User Guide


If you're only getting this message when using a specific application, you'll want to make sure there are no updates available for it.


It's also a good idea to check that the system software is up to date as well.
