I was charged for a 3 month free trial of Apple TV+, how can I refund it?

When I go to the Apple Support page for my in-app purchases, I am unable to request a refund for my Apple TV+ purchase as it is listed as free, even though I have a charge on my debit account. Is there any way I can get my money back? I did not intend to pay for this product, and I have cancelled my subscription.

Hi,

Sorry to hear you are having some issues with Apple TV+.

The hardware promotion for three months free of Apple TV+ is eligible for new subscribers only. This also applies to FS if you are apart of it and someone already has an active Apple TV+ subscription.

If you do not see the charge for the subscription on RAP, I would recommend contacting Apple Support for further assistance.

Apple should be able to identify where the charge originated, as well as confirm eligibility for the promo.

Hope this helps.
