My apple TV is frozen in zoom

There is an Accessibility setting for zooming. Could that be it?

It might be activated accidentally, if part of the Accessibility Shortcut key (triple click Menu/Back). You can de-activate that Shortcut by de-activating all the functions for it.

I don't believe the AppleTV does any zooming, I believe this will be in the settings of your TV.

Using your TV's remote, there will be a menu option for aspect ratio (or similar menu type option). Adjust these settings to get the image properly displayed and fit in the TV screen.

On the AppleTV settings>video and audio, there is a check HDMI settings. You could also try this option.
