apple tv 4k second gen zoomed in cant zoom out (tried triple tapping remote)

Hey guys, Loved my apple tv till today super frustrated can't get it to work. It out of the blue got super zoomed in and won't zoom out. I tried triple clicking the remote and it actually zooms in more, then zooms back out if i click it again, but its still way too zoomed in. Checked my tv settings can't find anything . Tried it on another tv, same exact issue.Apple support can't help me without a scheduled call with a senior advisor and I can't get an "appointment" for several days. I can't even factory reset it because it's too zoomed in to view the settings and this version can't connect to a computer. what else can I do?? At my wits end here. Thanks guys.
