How do I change the zoom settings so it doesn’t open every time I touch the remote. Please help this is so annoying. I actually want to turn off Zoom completely.

yes I double tap the scroll wheel sometimes and accidentally zoom in. I haven’t used this menu option but Support doc says the following:
Turn Zoom On Or Off
In Settings on Apple TV, go to Accessibility > Zoom and turn Zoom on (or off)
