Can’t get my AirPods on my phone.

Can’t get my ear pods on my phone. Bluetooth doesn’t show them as I hit forget this device. Now can’t connect them to phone

Hi,


Sorry to hear you are having connectivity issues with your AirPods. 


First, confirm you are updated to iOS 15.3 on your iPhone. If you are not, update your iPhone and then try to complete the pairing process again.  Settings > General > Software Update.



If the issue persists, I would recommend resetting the network settings on your iPhone. While your iPhone is restarting, reset your AirPods. 


Reset Network Settings

Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings 

This will restore factory defaults for all network settings involving Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and cellular.



Reset your AirPods

Place them both in the charging case and leave the lid open > Press and hold the button on the charging case > confirm it flashes amber followed by flashing white > release the button > bring them near your iPhone to start pairing. 



This should resolve your issue.
