How can I activate a metro by T-Mobile Sim card from an android to work in my iPhone.? I’ve already had the Sim card in the iPhone but shows no service but the SIM card is from my active Metro by t Mobile account

Probably you have a Carrier Locked iPhone. Contact the person from whom you bought this device and ask them the name of the carrier on which the iPhone is locked and request the Carrier to unlock it.
