Why do I see a suspicious uninstalled app on battery usage

Even though I haven't downloaded or deleted any apps, I see uninstalled apps in battery usage. And this app seems to have consumed a significant percentage of the battery during certain hours. When I checked all my purchased apps, I didn't notice any suspicious apps. What could be the reason for this?
