You're focusing on the word "target" as if it somehow refers to you personally. It doesn't. It means just what the rest of the line says - the target process.
Backboardd is a normal iOS function. It's been there since iOS 6.
Even Apple's engineers don't know what all of this means. They work in groups on certain aspects of iOS, or an app. One group knows a lot about networking. Another group can tell you most everything about Safari. And so on.
The system is simply too big for any one person to be able to explain everything about it. And when it comes to these types of vague messages, it's almost down to the person, or only a few people who can tell you what it does.
Hello,
No, web sites can not hack your phone; however, they can issue pop-ups and ads. See this:

Good luck.
Thank you, I have a backboards. Wake-up in my analytics I probably should just stay out of there, but curious, looks odd but than again I really don’t know what it should look like, what is this?
thanks,I’m not an apple engineer nor do I pretend to be. I look in analytics when I really should not. I’m just curious and would like to know what these things mean
Thanks
