CarPlay and Sync
My Ford has wireless CarPlay when I first got the vehicle it was working now even if I plug in a cable I have to hit CarPlay app on the screen to get it to connect any ideas on how to make it connect automatically

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today with CarPlay and your iPhone. As we understand, CarPlay and your iPhone no longer connects automatically.

Make sure your iPhone is on iOS 15.3.
It's possible you will need to contact Ford to find out if there is any firmware update to their CarPlay system.
