I just got the Airpods 3. The left ear is fine, but the airpod in my right ear is a little loose and sometimes falls out.
Any suggestions or advice?

Try Some Large-Size Ear Tips:

Note: Large is the latest ear tip that Apple Sells for these.

But those are intended for the AirPods Pro, which is designed to accept several sizes of ear tips. I have the AirPods 3rd generation, which are different than the AirPods Pro.
Return them for a refund
