imessage stickers not working after IOS update

Why do my imessage stickers not work after iOS update? I have an iphone 7 and it’s updated to iOS15. However, this sticker error has been here since iOS13/14 updates. I have deleted all stickers and reinstalled but it’s still not available. I cannot even open animoji stickers any longer. I’ve been waiting until another iOS update fix this but it’s been several updates already and it’s still not fixed. Please tell me how to fix this.

iPhone 7, iOS 15

Hi namri718,

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're having an issue with Memoji stickers. We're happy to provide some information to assist.

As you've already attempted removing and adding it back, check out and complete the steps in the section "Manage iMessage apps" here: Use iMessage apps in Messages on iPhone

We'd also recommend force closing the Messages app and re-opening to test. Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch

Additionally, you can navigate to Settings > General > Keyboards and scroll to the bottom of the page and test with the option for "Memoji Stickers" on and off. When on and off test accessing the Memoji stickers from the emoji keyboard by swiping right. The guide here has a helpful visual in the first picture: Type with the onscreen keyboard on iPhone

If the issue continues, reach out to Apple Support directly to further assist.

Cheers!

Hello,

I tried the above methods. After turning “Memoji Stickers” on and off in the Settings, memoji stickers do appear in imessage. However, the full package did not load (showing blanks, etc). And it only lasted for a few seconds. I tried opening other 3rd party stickers (downloaded from AppStore) during this period but they also only worked for a few seconds. And afterwards, when the memoji stickers stopped working, other stickers also stopped working.

Moreover, i tried editing my custom while the memoji package is loading/working and the whole message app stopped working, showing a blank screen.
